Recurring Membership Payments

My card was declined or needs to be updated

Log in to your member profile with your email and password

Go to invoices and payments

Click on 'Stop recurring payment' button and proceed according to instructions. If you cannot find this button it likely means that your card was already removed so skip this step.

Once the payment is stopped, go to your membership profile and click on 'Renew membership' button

You can also contact administrator [email protected] if you not sure how to proceed.
