We are so sorry to hear that you are having issues with registration.  There are a few common issues folks run into when they are trying to register.  Here are the common issues and how to resolve them.

Issue: I'm trying to add people to my registration but I can't.  What do I need to do?

Please complete the General Conference Registration Requests Form and someone from our team will follow up.

The system won't let me enter my email.  What do I need to do?

This is usually caused by a browser setting called "Prevent Cross Site Tracking" which makes it so our website is not allowed to check for your email in our database. Turn that setting off and refresh and you should be good to go. 

If you still have an issue, please complete the General Conference Registration Requests Form and someone from our team will follow up.

The system says I'm not eligible for a rate I think I'm eligible for.  What do I need to do?

Our system works off of your email. Check to be sure you are using the same email address that we have on file for you.
